Definition
The Body Image Quality of Life Inventory (BIQLI) is a validated psychological assessment tool that measures how a person's body image affects various life domains including social relationships, self-confidence, daily functioning, and emotional well-being. In limb lengthening research, BIQLI is used to assess the psychosocial impact of height change on patients, both before and after the procedure.
