LON (Lengthening Over Nail)
A hybrid lengthening technique using both an internal nail and an external fixator.

Definition
A hybrid limb lengthening technique in which an internal nail is inserted at the time of osteotomy, and an external fixator drives the distraction. Once target length is achieved, the external fixator is removed.
