Frequency and Exercise Selection Are Protocol-Specific

Published and institutional protocols range from several supervised sessions per week to intensive near-daily therapy during distraction, with home work between visits. More Force Is Not Automatically Better

Stretching may be uncomfortable, but severe, sharp, neurologic, or rapidly worsening pain is not a target. Remote Rehabilitation Requires a Closed Communication Loop
